Too young or too old?

Some say he is too young and I'm too old. People would lecture us about how, at our age, we should be enjoying ourselves - separately. That he deserves someone younger, and I deserve someone older. I don't know. Maybe they are right, but without him in my life, it would seem that I'm missing one of the vital organs of my body...
